Schedule
Create recurring scans with cron, timezone, and Run now.
What it is for
Schedule lets you create recurring scan jobs: cron expression, timezone, intensity, optional agency linkage, enable/disable, edit, delete, and Run now.
When to use it
- You want weekly or daily monitoring without starting each scan manually.
- You need an immediate run from an existing schedule.
How to do it
Step 1 — Open Schedule
Go to Schedule in the Scan group.
Step 2 — Create schedule
Click Create schedule, fill target and timing fields (simple 5-part cron such as 0 7 * * 1), set intensity, then Save schedule.
Step 3 — Manage the schedule
Use Enable / Disable, Edit (Save changes), Delete, Run now, or Refresh as needed.
Good to know
- After create, some fields such as target/plan (and intensity) may be immutable — recreate if you need different values.
- Invalid cron shows: Expected a simple 5-part cron…
- If the page shows the feature is not available yet, see Feature not available.
Common problems
I cannot change the target on edit.
Create a new schedule with the correct target, then disable or delete the old one.
